Automation Technician - Electrical Maintenance
We are seeking a skilled Automation Technician - Electrical Maintenance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of high-end automated material handling solutions critical to our customer's business.
This is a full-time, on-site role with 12-hour shifts on a 24/7 roster. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical maintenance, industrial controls, and mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance and repair of electrical systems
- Preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Assistance with mechanical duties as needed
- Electrical qualification (Cert III in Electrotechnology) and contractor/supervisor license
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Service Engineer/Technician
- Understanding of industrial controls (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, etc.)
- Strong electrical background with mechanical aptitude
