As a digital solutions consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to implement and deploy technology projects within our product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed technical specifications
  • Collaborate with development teams to provide accurate project estimates to clients
  • Conduct thorough solution testing before customer delivery
  • Develop and maintain software release documentation and user guides
  • Implement website content changes as requested by clients
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and facilitate workshops and training sessions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective workshops
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and team collaboration

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Technologies, Software Development, or Project Management
  • At least 2 years' experience in software-based consulting and/or project management
  • Experience with Content Management Systems and eCommerce platforms
  • Pronto Xi Avenue CMS experience is highly desirable
  • Pronto Xi ERP or similar ERP experience is essential
