We're seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Consultant, supporting the delivery of services across Australia and New Zealand.

This position will primarily work within local government settings, with opportunities to contribute across other markets within the APAC region.

A key aspect of this role involves delivering consulting, training, and support services for our software solution, often requiring travel to customer sites to provide hands-on assistance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as an industry expert, providing advice to both customers and internal teams to drive successful business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, aligned with professional consulting standards.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong customer engagement.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into existing customer practices, identifying areas for process improvement using our systems.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally, with the ability to resolve customer issues in real-time.

In addition to supporting software implementation, you will assist with the resolution of escalated support tickets and ensure customer knowledge is maintained through accurate documentation.

Meeting or exceeding key performance targets is essential, as is collaboration with other teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Your focus will be on delivering high-quality services that drive customer satisfaction and foster positive referrals.
