Medical Cannabis Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Engagement Partner to join our team. As a Medical Engagement Partner, you will play a vital role in engaging new healthcare professionals and clinic groups, ensuring they are well-informed about our proposition and aligned with the distinct needs of their patients and clinics.

Your objective will be to drive awareness, confidence, and education of medicinal cannabis as a therapeutic treatment for key identified conditions, positively influencing our perception, increasing volumes of prescriptions and referrals, and nurturing partners for sustained growth.

This is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team where your work drives meaningful impact in a leading tech company at the intersection of healthcare.

• Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments for healthcare professionals and their facilities to tailor educational presentations to unique needs and how we can provide solutions.
• Commercial Education: Serve as a commercial educator and trusted partner in navigating the medicinal cannabis landscape in Australia, ensuring partners are well-informed about our innovation and overall proposition for healthcare professionals and clinic groups.
• Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and collaborate with support teams to maintain satisfaction in building long-term trust with prescribing and referring partners.
• Acquisition Efforts: Support acquisition efforts of new partners with Key Account Managers within our business and transition relationships from deal.
• Regulatory Compliance: Support prescribers with regulatory compliance through authorized prescriber applications, renewals, amendments, and special access scheme applications.
• Data Analysis: Generate and present detailed forecasting and 6-month TGA reporting support to partner prescribers.
• Customer Engagement: Consistently increase our customer engagement leveraging prescriber-focused platforms through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Strategic Planning: Support leadership's strategic planning to improve partner results, business development, community engagement, and long-term relationships.
• Industry Representation: Represent us at key industry events, conduct quarterly partner engagement events, and educational opportunities.
• Partner Platform Engagement: Analyze partner platform engagement data to provide customer relationship management.

• Demonstrated experience as a highly successful sales representative, account manager, or business development manager.
• Proven track record of achieving strong sales results to targets in a solution sales environment.
• A demonstrated high aptitude for adhering to a structured sales process.
• Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through on partner contracts.
• Highly skilled prospector.

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
