Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Medical Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic groups, driving awareness, confidence, and education of medicinal cannabis as a therapeutic treatment for key identified conditions.

Your primary objective will be to deliver tailored educational presentations to meet the distinct needs of Australian HCPs and their facilities, showcasing Montu's proposition and solutions available.

  • You will conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Your role will involve serving as a trusted partner and commercial educator, navigating the medicinal cannabis landscape in Australia, and ensuring partners are well-informed about Montu's innovation and overall proposition.
  • You will provide ongoing support, generate and present detailed forecasting and 6-monthly TGA reporting support, and consistently increase customer engagement through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Additionally, you will represent Montu at key industry events, conduct quarterly partner engagement events, and educational opportunities.
About You

We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of achieving strong sales results to targets in a solution sales environment. Your exceptional negotiation skills, high aptitude for adhering to a structured sales process, and ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently will make you a valuable asset to our team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a highly successful Sales Representative, Account Manager or Business Development Manager, with a strong understanding of the medicinal cannabis industry.
