Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our research function in Queensland, driving national research excellence and shaping the future of real estate.

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, drive innovation, and enhance service delivery for clients.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee quarterly deliverables, lead client presentations, and collaborate with analysts to meet deadlines and ensure report finalisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Oversee high-quality data collection and reporting standards, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quarterly REIS and APAC reports.
  • Client Engagement: Lead client presentations, proactively enhance service delivery, and build strong relationships across the business.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with research analysts to meet team deadlines, ensure report finalisation, and participate in collaborative working groups focused on product enhancement and IT initiatives.
Market Leadership & Thought Leadership
  • Thought Leadership Reports: Author thought leadership reports for allocated markets, supporting investment propositions and ad-hoc research papers across business lines.
  • Research Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements, utilising AI and JLL tools to boost research efficiency across Queensland operations.
Professional Development & Relationships
  • Industry Conferences: Attend industry conferences, develop mentoring networks, and build proactive relationships across the business to ensure information flow.
  • Career Advancement: Commit to continuous learning and professional development, leveraging opportunities for growth and career progression.
Requirements
