The UNSW Discipline of General Practice delivers educational and research activities to improve primary and community healthcare services.
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow to lead the 'MyMedicare for older adults in residential aged care homes: mixed-methods evaluation' project. The successful candidate will supervise research officers, manage project operations, ethics and governance applications, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- A PhD in a related field or relevant work experience is essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to staying up-to-date with discipline knowledge and developments.
- A proven track record of high-quality research outcomes with evidence of research excellence and leadership potential.
- Significant involvement with the profession or industry.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, across disciplines, and build relationships.
This position involves managing datasets, participant recruitment, and data collection/analysis activities. A Research Fellow (Level B) is expected to carry out independent research within their field, while a Senior Research Fellow (Level C) is expected to make original contributions and exercise leadership in research.
