Apprentice Chef Opportunity

Panthers Penrith is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.

We offer a unique opportunity for a 1st Year Apprentice Chef to develop their skills with a leading brand in the entertainment, leisure, and hospitality industry. Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist our chefs with food preparation and service;
  • Support with larder and fryer duties and progress to grill responsibilities;
  • Contribute to cleaning procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic kitchen;
  • Assist the chefs in catering for various functions and banquets across the club;
  • Ensure the safe storage of products and adhere to relevant food health and safety legislation.

  • Punctuality and reliability;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A genuine interest in food and the hospitality industry;
