Environmental Services Manager Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Provide senior leadership and specialist advice for environmental assessment and management of assets and lands.
- Offer specialist advice to internal divisions and stakeholders on contamination assessment and management aspects of development proposals, site works, property acquisitions, leases, licenses, dredging and other issues.
- Ensure effective environmental management to ISO Standard 14001:2016 and guarantee compliance with statutory obligations and relevant Environment Legislation in accordance with policy.
- Provide specialist advice to ensure ongoing compliance with environmental management obligations.
Ideal Qualifications
Requirements- A working knowledge and understanding of Integrated Management Systems relating to ISO Standards Quality 9001:2016, Environment 14001:2016 & OHS 45001:2018.
- Sound knowledge of various State, Federal and International Environmental Legislation.
- A tertiary qualification in a related discipline or equivalent.
- Understanding of principles and methodologies for effective stakeholder engagement.
