Join our Melbourne Land & Water Team as an Associate or Principal Environmental Scientist/Engineer. Our fast-growing Melbourne office needs a seasoned professional (10+ years' environmental consulting experience) to lead high-impact projects and mentor our rising stars.
What You'll Do- Lead urban renewal and remediation projects that actually make communities better.
- Keep large infrastructure projects moving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Provide due diligence and transactional advice for industrial and commercial property deals.
- Offer technical advisory and regulatory strategy support—you'll have opinions, and you're expected to voice them.
- Collaborate with contaminated land auditors (audit support optional).
- Tertiary qualifications in environmental science or a related field.
- At least 10 years in environmental consulting (Australian experience preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, project management, and business development skills.
- Proposal-writing skills that win projects of all sizes.
- Mentoring and developing junior staff.
