Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Operations Coordinator to support our back of house operations. This role is responsible for receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy of products received, and reporting any discrepancies.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and handling stock orders from the hub or warehouse with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensuring quality control on all products at all times and reporting any issues to the store lead
  • Supporting the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback
  • Maintaining a tidy and compliant back of house area
  • Performing ad-hoc requests by store management to support events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as required
Requirements
  • Mid-senior level experience in a retail or related environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
