Job Title: Chief Operations Manager

As a key leader, you will drive business growth by spearheading our Civil Department. With a strong background in project management and leadership skills, you will set strategy, annual targets to ensure productivity and continued expansion.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in managing civil projects, preferably in road construction, with expertise in estimating using first principles. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, proven analytical aptitude, and innovation management and leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client-side Tender Preparation
  • Tender outcome review and analysis
  • Project Costing and Job Costings Management
  • Leading and mentoring project managers, engineers and estimators
  • Fostering a collaborative culture within the Civil team
