Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead our security operations team and drive our security strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational security policies and standards aligned to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the governance and compliance of these policies and standards across the organisation, working closely with Security Assurance and Cyber Advisory teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
- Drive security awareness and education campaigns to foster a security-first culture among employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure the security and compliance of our customers' IT infrastructure, applications, and data through the delivery of services such as vulnerability management, application whitelisting, email security, and certificate management.
- Develop and rehearse Business Continuity Plans for security scenarios such as ransomware or other incidents.
- Collaborate with our propositions team to develop solutions that meet customer needs and market requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of operational security policies and standards, and industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Strong skills in security risk management, governance, and compliance, and security auditing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
