This Partnership Quality Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our partnered organisations.

As a Partnership Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting audits of our partnered organisations to ensure they are meeting the required standards. This involves scheduling and performing periodic audits, performing administrative tasks related to the audit process, and maintaining and updating our CRM system with detailed outcomes of each audit.

You will also work closely with our partnered providers and the Partnership Operations team to identify gaps in procedures and training, and provide support to help them achieve compliance with our program.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and performing periodic audits on partnered provider's processes
  • Performing administrative tasks relating to the audit processes
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM with detailed outcomes of each audit
  • Working closely with partnered providers and the Partnership Operations team
  • Providing partnered organisations with information required for them to achieve compliance with our program
  • Identifying gaps in procedures and training
