The Opportunity

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will join our regional bid management team and assist in the preparation of materials to support tenders, bids, and related reporting. Your proactive approach will help manage the workflow of current tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in various business development projects
  • Assist with the preparation of materials to support winning projects, including tenders, capability statements, and bids
  • Maintain the Customer Relations System (CRM) and provide regular business development updates and sales reports on pipeline and outcome as required
  • Maintain the library of documents for tenders and bids

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, working with tenders' submissions and contract management
  • The ability to work autonomously in a busy work environment with competing deadlines
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate to advanced skills in MS office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and the proven ability to interface within a team environment
  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Communications, or Economics) or relevant industry experience
