FourQuarters Recruitment is working with a leading retail business to find an experienced Chief Financial Reporting Specialist. This exciting opportunity will see you join a collaborative team, driving business growth and development.

About the Role

This challenging role involves preparing month-end accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory reporting for multiple entities, and liaising with external auditors. You will also be responsible for cash flow management, process improvements, and ad-hoc projects.

About You

  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification is essential.
  • You should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial accounting role.
  • Experience within a Business Services or Audit role, particularly with Big 4 or Mid-Tier firms, is desirable but not mandatory.
  • You must be able to work independently, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be a team player.

What We Offer

We are offering a competitive salary range of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
