Job Title: Retail Program Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Retail Program Coordinator. This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operating the shop, including ordering, pricing, display, marketing, and sales.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in retail or a related field, as well as experience in supervision and training. A current NSW Working With Children Check, a current NSW Driver's Licence, and a current First Aid Certificate are also required.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time (25 hours per week) position based in Wyong, NSW. The successful candidate will work closely with the Training Team Leader to deliver vocational and non-vocational training programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate the Oasis Shop, including ordering, pricing, display, marketing, and sales
  • Identify and partner with local businesses and suppliers
  • Provide adequate supervision and training for participants, students, and volunteers
  • Work with the Training Team Leader to deliver vocational and non-vocational training programs
  • Develop and implement a targeted marketing and advertising strategy to improve revenue generation
  • Monitor risk to customers, staff, and TSA in service delivery
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Retail or a related field OR demonstrated high level of industry knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service, and/or study
  • Experience in supervision and training
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence
  • A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
