About the Role:

We are seeking a Team Leader to guide a skilled team in delivering high-quality services aligned with our planning goals. The successful candidate will provide expert engineering advice on development applications and land use proposals while promoting a collaborative culture within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in civil engineering or equivalent, with significant experience in team management and development engineering-related matters. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be working with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee civil works assessments
  • Evaluate compliance with engineering standards
  • Enhance customer service through digital integration
