We're seeking an experienced Quality Business Partner who can support our daily operations and help us achieve our goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, identifying areas for additional support and training, and promoting our vision to enrich the lives of our residents.

This role requires regular presence across our Melbourne sites and the flexibility to work from home. The full-time position plays a vital role in our daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Identify areas for additional support and training
  • Promote and support our vision to enrich the lives of our residents
  • Actively work to build a sustainable frontline care and clinical care capability
  • Support, guide, and assess the facilities ACQSC self-assessment tool
  • Support the review of customer feedback and build the capability of teams to resolve complaints
  • Undertake review of critical incidents to identify and act on needed improvements
  • Complete reporting to meet regulatory responsibilities
  • Support and educate teams to deliver person-centred care approach
  • Provide clinical support for outbreak management

About You

You should have:

  • Experience as a registered nurse with a current registration with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated competency in residential aged care nursing
  • Experience supporting the review, design, and implementation of clinical projects
  • Demonstrated experience working in a clinical management position across multiple sites
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Commitment to knowledge and growth of self and other clinicians
