Strategic Opportunities Manager

Job Description:

This role plays a key part in the development and execution of winning proposals. As a Strategic Opportunities Manager, you will support complex projects by delivering high-quality materials that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to deliver timely and professional proposal documents.
  • Develop and manage organization tools for project schedules, compliance matrices, templates, and assignment dashboards.
  • Review and interpret RFPs to create clear compliance matrices guiding proposal development.
  • Coordinate input from internal teams and external consultants, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
  • Track progress, manage deadlines, and adjust priorities to keep the team on schedule.
  • Support content development by preparing drafts, capturing meeting notes, and distilling key themes into a focused capture plan.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in relevant industry roles.
  • A self-motivated individual with a history of completing projects with limited oversight.
  • Proven sales experience and developing effective win strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
