Join a team of passionate problem solvers who are shaping the future of cities and communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead strategic projects for tier 1 private and government clients, helping to shape the future form and function of Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in urban planning or a related discipline, with proven ability to manage and develop team members. You will also possess a strong track record of identifying and winning new business opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing medium to large size strategic planning projects, including scoping and costing of projects, and formulating tenders. You will also support Directors to achieve 'whole-of-office' business plan outcomes, in conjunction with other Business Units.
