About the Role

The Marketing team plays a pivotal role in bringing our purpose to life for Australians through every interaction a customer or an Adviser has with our channels. Our focus is on collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional and engaging experiences through digital, advertising, Brand and events, utilising insights from Data, research and analytical functions.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing all communications for the Platforms and Investments Marketing team using the Adobe marketing platform, encompassing monthly newsletters, campaign communications and launch emails.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prior experience in supporting the creation and automation of digital communications with emphasis on email journeys and newsletters, preferably leveraging Adobe's marketing platform
  • Experience in developing marketing campaigns that achieve commercial outcomes and can effectively collaborate with product and other marketing teams to design and optimise campaigns and customer experience
  • Broad technical understanding of the wealth industry and financial advice would be advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies and ability to apply them effectively
