Seeking a Technical Leader

We are looking for an experienced and innovative software architect to lead our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain sophisticated Python and AI-based applications and services
  • Be a technical mentor and leader to team members
  • Follow and contribute to the modernized SDLC
  • Write high-quality, reusable, safe, scalable, testable, and documented code

A successful candidate will have experience developing with Python, writing quality code, and managing their own schedule while meeting team commitments. They will also be passionate about automated testing and learning new technologies and software design patterns.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Python development
  • Experience with MVC, SQLAlchemy, and Pandas
  • Strong understanding of automated testing and ability to deliver solutions on time and on quality

Exceptional candidates will be driven to learn, adapt, and support their teammates, providing continuous feedback to the management team on areas for improvement and personal development. They will also have experience researching AI or ML, or be excited to do so.
