Lead Software Architect

The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions using TypeScript across both frontend and backend.

You will work closely with our founders and product team to develop new features, improve infrastructure, and maintain high-quality codebases.

What You'll Work With

  • Frontend: TypeScript, React
  • Backend: TypeScript, Node.js
  • Infra: AWS, API Gateway, S3, Lambda, RDS
  • Tooling: GitHub, Terraform, LangChain, LangFuse, LangSmith
  • Bonus: Python for ML pipelines, CI/CD, DevOps exposure

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full stack experience shipping production-grade code
  • Deep experience with TypeScript across both frontend and backend
  • Solid understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern dev practices
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Clear communicator with a builder mindset
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or ML/LLM tooling
