Job Title: Solutions Architect

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technical solutions, leading technical design discussions, and contributing to the technical direction of our products.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in fast-paced, problem-solving environments.

They will possess a solid background in agile methodologies, microservices, and event-driven architecture, as well as strong practices in test-driven development and familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps culture.

The successful candidate will also have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), skilled in working with databases such as SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis, and familiarity with tools similar to DataDog, LaunchDarkly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design scalable software solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Lead technical design discussions and make architectural decisions for major features.
  • Review code, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical debt and system bottlenecks.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to support their growth and development.
  • Advocate for and implement best practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and timelines.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Skills in working with databases such as SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis.
