Key Software Architect Role

We are seeking an exceptional software architect to lead the design and delivery of our electronic trading platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distributed systems architecture, Java (8/17), Spring Boot, and AWS services.

This role involves architecting and implementing scalable, low-latency systems that support real-time pricing, negotiation, and trade execution across dealer-to-dealer and dealer-to-client markets. You will work closely with trading desks, quant teams, and product owners to deliver innovative solutions that enhance market competitiveness and operational resilience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IRS market platforms such as Tradeweb and MarkitWire

  • Strong understanding of IRS instruments, pricing conventions, and swap templates

  • Experience with Agentic AI to assist engineering effort

  • Knowledge of quant libraries and risk analytics integration
