Job Description:

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal commercial and operational performance of Linfox train services. This entails planning and coordinating train operations to ensure maximum revenue yield and efficient freight transportation.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Maximizing revenue through precise planning and capacity utilization
  • Ensuring compliance with rail track owner guidelines and relevant legislation
  • Reviewing and maintaining capacity models with customer bookings
  • Allocating wagons to convey customer freight to end and intermediate destinations
  • Transporting customer freight in line with customer expectations and requirements
  • Daily reporting of train utilization statistics

Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics
  • Experience in planning, coordination, and analytical roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dangerous Good knowledge is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Word and Excel
