Senior Spirits Blender

We are seeking a skilled Spirits Blender to join our dynamic and growing blending team. The ideal candidate will be a driven and committed professional with at least one year of experience in sensory analysis or beverage manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Screening sensory attributes of work in progress distilled spirits
- Generating limited release and core finished products from work-in-progress components
- Managing quality assurance on bottling line functions and product raw materials
- Managing inventory availability forecasts and reports
- Participating and running daily sensory panels for work-in-progress and finished products
The successful applicant will have strong sensory acuity, with a skillset in tasting and analyzing spirits. Formal qualifications in sensory analysis, food science, distilling, or engineering are desirable. Excellent Excel and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
