We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Specialist to process appointment-based services for clients in our online portal.

The successful candidate will utilize advanced software and communication devices to verify and initiate client service processes, ensuring appointment confirmation and quality service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process appointment-based services for clients in the online portal, including non-emergency and emergency services.
  • Verify and initiate client service processes using advanced software and communication devices.
  • Educate clients who cannot use automated systems on how to apply via the website and submit documentation by mail.
  • Prepare essential documents, reports, logs, dashboards, and tally sheets for reporting and record-keeping.
  • Review and respond to complaint documentation, statistical data, and application processing details.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate reporting for management.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all families serviced by the program.
  • Scan, upload, and distribute client documentation for benefit determination.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • At least one year of work experience in clerical or related fields, or equivalent education, training, and experience.

Note: Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, including background checks, is required.
