Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all dining and function operations at our stunning North QLD Resort.

You will be responsible for leading, training, mentoring, and developing your team while ensuring the delivery of exceptional service in a high-end environment.

This role covers daily operations of both restaurant and event spaces, including rostering, stock control, ordering, and liaison with suppliers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of events and functions
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in senior roles across restaurants, resorts, or high-end dining venues
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Solid understanding of stock management and rostering
  • Ability to motivate and supervise staff, fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Experience in Events and Functions highly desirable
