Your Role:

  • Lead selected projects from ideation to launch
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders for seamless delivery
  • Coordinate project progression through internal systems, maintaining timelines and budget integrity
  • Support business case development and post-launch tracking for insights and improvements
  • Contribute to innovation processes and tools that foster agility and collaboration
  • Encourage experimentation and key learnings sharing within the team
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and communications to keep stakeholders informed

About You:

  • 1-2 years' experience in Innovation, Brand or Commercial roles within FMCG or related industries
  • Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders and track progress across multiple workstreams
  • Sound understanding of the innovation process and interest in bringing ideas to life
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across functions
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and emerging opportunities
