Job Title: Community Relations Specialist
\We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Community Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quarries department, you will play a critical role in shaping our community engagement strategy and building meaningful relationships with local residents and stakeholders.
\Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Organizing and facilitating local community meetings and events to foster open communication and build trust\
- Developing and managing community partnership programs that enhance our brand and contribute to positive local impact\
- Coordinating internal recognition and reward initiatives to celebrate our people and promote a strong, inclusive workplace culture\
- Preparing engaging content, such as newsletters, event summaries, and social media posts, to support both internal and external communications\
- Responding to community feedback and collaborating with media teams when required\
- Monitoring relevant government policies and local issues that may affect our operations\
- Working closely with our Brand, Communications, and Marketing team to ensure messaging aligns with our values and voice\
- Contributing to the development and implementation of our community relations strategy\
- Fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals\\
