We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager and working closely with a great team of reception staff.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Duty Manager
  • Excellent customer relations, problem solving and complaint handling skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Leadership skills that are second to none
  • Working knowledge of Opera and an understanding of point of sales systems
