Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking an experienced pharmacy professional to join our team in a customer-facing role. This position involves operating in a call centre environment, answering queries and providing information regarding the Australian Government's Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Dispense Technician and hold a minimum Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent qualifications. They should also possess a good understanding of the PBS, sound judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality customer service and timely advice on pharmaceutical issues
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and concerns
  • Work across a seven-day roster, including weekend, late, and evening shifts from home
