About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a high standard of store appearance
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store
