**Bookkeeper Role Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to manage a range of financial duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling transactions, processing payroll, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

The role involves:

  • Weekly timesheet reconciliation and payroll processing on Monday mornings
  • Reconciling transactions across three separate accounts
  • Entering bills in an online accounting system

For this position, we require someone with:

  • A bachelor's degree (preferably)
  • One year of experience in bookkeeping and Xero accounting software
  • Authorization to work in Australia

We offer part-time hours of 8 per week and competitive hourly rates between $25.00 and $30.00.
