Role Summary:

This role involves processing and managing financial transactions, working closely with a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role:

  • Processing and managing financial transactions, including loan drawdowns, repayments, and fee invoicing and collections.
  • Completing prework for financial transactions accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Establishing new clients in the core system in accordance with signed agreements.
  • Undertaking general duties, including initiation of monthly loan rollovers, repayments, and charging of monthly fees for various products.
  • Assisting in preparation of and/or preparing regular reports for receivables and other financial products.
  • Monitoring and taking action on processing, funding, and administrative functions relating to financial transactions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial transactions.

About You:

  • 2+ years' experience working in an Operations role within Corporate & Institutional banking and/or financial services.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
