Plumbing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and associated equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with water, gas, and drainage systems promptly and effectively
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventative maintenance solutions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, providing training and enforcing the use of protective equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and system modifications
  • Monitor contractors' work to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met
  • Assist in negotiating contracts covering scope of work, timelines, costs, and compliance requirements
  • Assess contractor performance upon project completion and provide feedback or resolution as needed
  • Stay updated on plumbing codes, industry best practices, and new technologies
About You:

Qualified and licensed plumber in New South Wales, Australia

Proven experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair

Pipefitting and welding qualifications highly regarded

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Effective communication and collaboration skills
