Expert Water Pipeline Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Water Engineering expert to join our national water team, based in any Australian office.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in water and wastewater design, including conveyance pipelines, hydraulic structures, pump stations, service reservoirs, and water facilities.
This role offers opportunities to mentor junior engineers and grow professionally in a supportive environment that values diversity and continuous improvement.
About the Role- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Develop and manage engineering work packages, including time estimates for deliverables.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and build new ones as a trusted technical advisor.
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with a strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices.
Candidates should be highly organized with excellent technical and communication skills, capable of leading and mentoring teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
