Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to fill this critical role.

This position will involve providing high-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with the IT team to resolve system, device, and network-related problems.

  • Serving as the primary escalation point for junior technical staff.
  • Investigating and resolving high-impact or unresolved incidents.
  • Monitoring and maintaining core network and server infrastructure.
  • Assisting in the installation and maintenance of wireless networks and systems.
  • Maintaining Fortinet and unified communications environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support roles involving mobile device management, network operations, and security.
  • Extensive working knowledge of JAMF, unified communications, and Fortinet firewall systems.
  • Ability to guide and support frontline technical staff.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Calm and friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Satisfactory police clearance.
  • Proof of Right to Work in Australia.
  • Alignment with the values of the Anglican tradition and child safety policies.
