Role Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled trainer to lead our training programs and assess learner progress.

Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will deliver training classes at our campus and practical classes at workshops, ensuring high-quality delivery and assessment of learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement training materials and assessments that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Conduct thorough observations and provide constructive feedback to learners.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Cert IV in TAE 40116 or higher qualification is required for this position.
  • Proven industry knowledge or vocational experience is essential in delivering effective training programs.
  • Cert III Individual Support qualification is mandatory for this role.
