Behaviour Support Practitioner

We're seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience working within the NDIS framework, supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and developing evidence-based support plans in complex environments
  • Assisting participants identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning
  • Developing goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in disability or mental health
  • A commitment to person-centred practice and reducing restrictive interventions
  • Strong report writing skills translating assessment findings into clear actionable plans
