Job Description

Role Summary:

The Executive Producer will lead and manage a team of Production and Creatives to effectively deliver a project on time and on budget. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of a Show from bidding through to scheduling, resource planning, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project bids and ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Oversee project profit and loss (P&L) management to ensure financial targets are met
  • Direct labor target management to optimize resource allocation
  • Manage margin targets and ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and maintain high efficiency levels (EFF%)
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of Production and Creatives
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage change orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee production schedules and resource allocation
  • Manage resource costs and ensure budget compliance
  • Coordinate schedule milestones and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and achieve quota attainment and weekly targets
  • Approve trailers, temps, and stages
  • Lead and manage Creative teams, including VFX Supervisors, CG, Comp, and Animation Supervisors
  • Manage client relationships and ensure successful client reviews
  • Communicate with Show Artists and ensure compliance with approved processes and procedures
