Workplace Injury Rehabilitation Specialist

As an injury management specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our employees.
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering effective injury and workers compensation claims management, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Act as a specialist advisor to partner with key stakeholders in delivering effective injury and workers compensations claims management
- Support operations and project leaders in the implementation of business systems
- Coordinate workplace injury rehabilitation through proactive medical management and return to work programs
- Effectively manage workers compensation claims
- Be available for calls or call out response as reasonably required
- Communicate to relevant personnel on the medical & return to work status of injured employees
Key Requirements
- Have an Allied Health qualification - Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, or similar
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a high level of integrity and discretion
- Have demonstrated experience in injury management processes
- Experience in the Mining and Resources Sector will be highly regarded
