Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Telecommunication Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining WCDMA/3G, 4G, 5G technologies.
Responsibilities- Understand scope on build drawings and site survey findings.
- Install radio base stations, terminate Hybriflex cables & Coaxial feeder cables/trails, earthing, cable trays, diplexers, combiners.
- Upgrade or install DC power rack systems including rectifiers, batteries & load testing. Ability to configure & capture status for HOP hand over pack.
- Commissioning & integration of RBS/BTS into network.
- Conduct PIM, VSWR & sweep and fiber testing.
- Troubleshoot, replace defective equipment & monitor site performance.
- Install & commission microwave indoor & outdoor units.
- Software installation, testing & commissioning of sites.
- Build & maintain collaborative business relationships with client support personnel.
- Build & maintain strong working relationships with team and all business staff.
To be successful in this role, you must have telecommunications tech experience and the ability to work at heights. You should also have knowledge of all structure in accordance with specifications, standards and HSE guidelines.
Qualifications- Degree in Telecommunications or related field
- Experience in telecommunication installation and maintenance
- Ability to work at heights
