About the Role

Create positive change and be a champion of Ecological Transformation. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Human Resources team in Pyrmont for a 12-14 week casual assignment at 38 hours per week.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience while being part of a friendly, supportive team. Open to working holiday visas.



The Opportunity Details

Join us for a 12-14 week contract with potential for extension (not guaranteed). You'll work closely with our HR team to complete administrative tasks, manage documentation, contact current and previous employees, communicate confidently with key stakeholders daily, and troubleshoot outcomes.



Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative tasks and manage documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Contact current and previous employees via email, phone, letter and SMS, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Communicate confidently with key stakeholders daily, troubleshooting outcomes as needed.
  • Provide daily and weekly status reporting to ensure seamless workflow.


Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Google Suite experience is preferred but not required.
  • You should have experience creating documentation using mail merger and be able to work independently.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various communication means is highly valued.
