About the RoleWe are currently seeking capital markets lawyers with expertise in debt capital markets transactions, convertible and exchangeable bonds, equity capital markets transactions, and liability management exercises. Successful applicants will have a right to work and reside in Australia, be qualified to practice in Australia, and have a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience.
