BIM Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality, data-rich models across various projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Revit, BIM 360, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Revit BIM models for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with design intent and adherence to industry standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure seamless BIM integration.
  • Implement and manage BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols to guarantee consistent delivery of high-quality models.
  • Actively participate in project meetings, providing expert input on BIM processes and strategies.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their BIM capabilities and support professional growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience working in Revit.
  • Strong proficiency in BIM 360 and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
