This national team with a young, exciting and growing Melbourne office are seeking a BIM lead to join their team across Fitout and New Building projects.

With fitouts up to 4000sqm and new builds in diverse sectors including Education and Industrial, the strengthening pipeline of local work has led to a need for a Revit/BIM leader to manage systems and processes.

This is a young, agile group with a vibrant office culture. The team is relaxed, with a core focus on delivering quality work rather than clock-watching and office overtime.

Your role would be centred on MEP, Fire and Hydraulics, leading the production of high-calibre documentation and providing a resource of information for less skilled software users in the team.

You would report to the state leader with support from the national BIM Manager, ensuring adherence to national standards for documentation.
- Minimum 6+ years' hands-on documentation experience **within the Australian market**.
- Strong experience in MEP, Fire and Hydraulics, particularly generating new project files.
- Confidence in leading documentation and implementing efficient processes.
- Strong Revit proficiency.
