About This Role
  • Lead a team of support workers and help them achieve their full potential
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to inform business decisions
Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead, manage and motivate a team of support workers to provide quality services to clients
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, carers, other professionals and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures and guidelines
